Return & Exchange Policy

At Laser Prime, we carefully inspect and securely pack every order before dispatch. However, if your product arrives damaged during delivery, we are happy to provide an exchange under the following conditions:

Damaged Product Exchange

If you receive a damaged, broken, bent, or defective product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
A clear, continuous unboxing video is mandatory for any damage or missing-item claim.
The video must be recorded from the moment the package is unopened and sealed until the product is completely unpacked.
The shipping label and packaging condition should be clearly visible in the video.
Do not throw away or damage the original packaging until your claim has been reviewed.
If the product is damaged but no proper unboxing video is provided, the exchange claim will not be accepted.
Exchange approval is subject to verification of the provided video and damage.
Once approved, Laser Prime will arrange an exchange/replacement for the damaged product.

Important Note

Unboxing Video Is Mandatory:
To protect both our customers and Laser Prime from shipping-related damage disputes, an unboxing video is required. Without a complete unboxing video, no exchange or damage claim will be entertained.
